Sketchabilities Reveal!!

Its time for another Sketchabilities reveal!!

I decided to make a grungy boy layout with this sketch!  I used the Awesome collection from Simple Stories along with some Kaisercrafts die cuts from the Attitude collection!!

I love how the neutral background with all the colors on the pattern paper look!  I had a lot of fun with mists and distress stain on the background!

My Creative Scrapbook January Reveal :)

I am so excited to share my January Album Kit for My Creative Scrapbook!!

As the mom of an adorable little boy, I don't get to use a lot of pretty scrapbook supplies.  So when I got this kit I was so excited!  It is packed full of pretty!!

Pink, flowers and lace!!!

My goal when I started with this kit was to get as much of the product into the mini album as I possible could :)

I think I did a good job!

I distressed everything and added lots of layers!!

The kit came with a Heidi Swapp border layer sticker that was 12 inches long, so I cut it in half and added it to my cover.  Before I added it, I took it apart, distressed each layer and added dimensional adhesive in between each layer!

On this page I used my WER Memory Keepers Envelope Maker to make a pocket for photo mats!

Another pocket!

The cardstock opens up for photo space!

More pockets!

The other half of the Heidi Swapp banner is on this page!

Photo mat opens up!

Last pocket!

The cardstock opens up here too!

I had enough supplies left to create two layouts (this kit goes along way)!

Sketchabilities #106 Reveal

Sketch #106 has been revealed at Sketchabilities!!

This was an easy sketch for me, the layout came together very quickly!

I used what I had left of my December Album kit from My Creative Scrapbook.  For the background I stamped with a music sheet stamp, used a stencil to add the circles and finally I added some splatters with a brown mist.  All of the papers were distressed and inked.

To see the full reveal and enter your layout go to Sketchabilities!

More My Creative Scrapbook Reveal!!!

This month I got to play with two My Creative Scrapbook Kits!!!

Scroll down for my projects with the Creative Kit!

I also got to work with the Fabulous Album Kit!!!

I love that this kit has more of a traditional Christmas feel to it!

The kit comes with a 6x6 chipboard album, with it I made this!

There are so many embellishments in this kit, I add so much fun adding layers!!

Here is a layout!
I inked and distressed a lot on this layout!  I combined the cardstock stickers and chipboard pieces to make my clusters!
My last project, I altered a muffin tin!  I had so much fun with this project!
The kit came with a sheet of music, so I punched flowers out and painted them with Smooches Glimmer Glam!

Head on over to My Creative Scrapbook to get your kit!

My Creative Scrapbook Reveal!!!

It is time for the December Reveal at My Creative Scrapbook!!!
I am so excited to share these kits, they are all so incredible!!

This month I worked with two kits :)  The Creative Kit and the Album Kit!!

I am going to share the Creative Kit today....this kit is so stinkin cute!!  It was so much fun to play with!!  You are going to want this one!

This is the Crate paper Bundled Up collection and it is absolutely adorable!!!
Even though there is a lot of pink in this paper, I add no problems using my boy photos with it!
My first page is a Christmas page, look at all the yummy chipboard!
Here is a snow page, my little boy picked up some snow and said "look it is the worlds smallest snowball"... it was too cute!  I colored the Thickers with glimmer mist on this page to make them pop a little more!  I also took the white ball trim and rolled it up to make it look like little snowballs :)
Ok, not a boy page...but I could not resist using this cute photo of my niece!  I distressed all the edges of the paper and than added stickles, it really made the page sparkle!!
Another snow page with my adorable little boy :)  I used a lot of the die cuts on this layout, they are perfect for layering!
My last layout has a photo from my boys first  Christmas :)  I used gold ink and a stencil on the background, mixed in some die cuts and chipboard and I love how it turned out!

Don't forget to check out design team gallery to see what the other talented girls did with the kits!
