I love Echo Park :)

This is a layout I made using a sketch at ScrappingEverydayMiracles.blogspot.com suing some awesome Echo Park paper! They provided a sketch and challenged you to use flags on the layout. I love the way it turned out with the bright colors and the little birdies! TFL!

My Boy

I created this layout to display at my LSS, it is a mixture of different lines. They are older, but we are trying to clear out some stuff to make room for new! This is mostly Kasiercraft and Bobunny.

BoBunny Sketch Contest

Here is my take on the sketch that BoBunny provided for there layout challenge! I used the Sweet Tooth collection. I titled it Let Them Make Cake, the photos are my little guy making a cake from a recipe he got out of a kids cookbook :) TFL!

Sweet Little Boy

Here is a layout that I created using a photo of my boy when he was only 6 months old. I used Kaisercraft paper and K&Company, I was surprised by how perfectly they matched! Of course I inked and distressed all the edges, I fussy cut the flowers from the K&co paper, used some doilies, and used Prima flowers for the cluster. The frame is made from crepe paper, it is bunched up on the back of the cardstock....love love love how it turned out!

My Boy Layout

Being the girlie girl I am....sometimes I struggle creating all boy layouts. Or maybe I should say sometimes I struggle creating layouts not covered in flowers :) Dont get me wrong I have no problem putting flowers on my boy pages....but sometimes the picture says not to. Like this one. So I inked and distesses and embossed! The gears were embossed and than embossed again! For the heat emboss I just randomly ran my Versamark ink over some of the raised parts and used silver embossing powder!
