My Creative Sketches Challenge

Since I was lucky enough to be a guest designer for MyCreativeScrapbook.com, I also had the opportunity to create a layout for the sketch site!

A Mini Album :)

 

I made this mini album based off one that I designed for my LSS...I had to adjust it some to make it work for my boy photos!  I got to use my new MFT tool dies!  They are so cute and were the perfect embellishment for the photos!

My Creative Scrapbook Guest Designer!!!

 

I was asked to be a guest designer at http://mycreativescrapbook.com/!!  They asked me to use the mini album kit, which I was over the moon about since I love making mini's!!  Even though it was kinda last minute that they asked me (and I did not have a lot of time to create) I still made a mini album, a wall hanging and a layout!!  The kit was so packed full of scrappy goodness, it made it easy and fun to create with!!  

Kaisercraft Sketch Challenge

I created this layout based on sketch over at Kaisercraft!  I used the Sweet Nothings Collection and an adorable photo of my sweet niece! 

Fall Mini Album

I made this mini album with Simple Stories Harvest Lane Collection!  I made this album 6x8 so the photo mats could hold a standard 4x6 photo!  Each page is a pocket with a tag that pulls out (sorry no photos)!  I did lots of layering and added some Maya Roads envelopes and lots of flowers!

Sketch Challenge

This is my take on a sketch over at http://sketchesinthyme.blogspot.com/

 I just love the way it turned out!  I used Echo Park paper, it makes me happy that it is winter paper that is so bright and fun!

Here is  simple layout I made with Echo Park paper =)  It is a photo of my little boy last christmas after he opened all his gifts, I thought the title "tis the season to be jolly" was perfect!

I did and used alot of on this layout!  I was going for a very grungy/manly look since it is a photo of my two favorite guys =)

I dont remember what line of paper this is but it matched my photo perfectly!

When I saw this photo I knew I had to scrap about his stubborness and how he comes by it naturally! 

I used my WER Memory keepers Anthologie 6x6 paper pad to make it!   

I had so much fun with this layout!  When I bought this paper I knew that I would be scrappin this photo with it! 

The tags have been glimmer misted and ran thru my big shot with a cuttlebug embossing folder. 

Family Day Mini album

This is a mini album that I made about our first family day we had (a long time ago!)

I used cardboard as the base of the album and I distressed it by pulling off layers and than inking.

The right side is ashorter paged that has a mini that opens up for more photo space!

 

The right side opens up under the photo and has another photo and some journaling.

The right page has a flip mini album with even more photos!

 

The right page is a pocket with you....yes, more photos!

The last page the photos are an accordian fold out mini ;)
