June Creative Kit

 

Today I am sharing the layouts I created with the June My Creative Scrapbook Creative Kit!

 

It was packed full of Imaginisce Perfect Vacation collection!  I love the awesome color combos and fun patterns that are in this collection! 

 

My first layout was for a sketch at Creative Scrappers!  It was fun to play with the block style!  The kit comes with the camera stamp, I used it with the pattern paper for a fun embellishment!

I used some photo from the our staycation at the Great Wolf Lodge!  Banners are probably my favorite thing to add to a page!

I was so happy with how perfectly all the colors in this collection matched my photos!

I love these photos of my little guy!  I don't usually like a lot of straight lines on my layouts, but I had fun with this one!

My last layout has nothing to do with vacations!  I turned the geo tag paper upside down so it looked like rain and it worked perfectly for my photo!



Today I am going to share with you how I made the scallop circle chipboard mini album look like a flower!

 

The center of the flower is about a 4 1/2" circle and the petals are 1" circles, you will need 18 for each page.  After I punched/cut them all out I inked the edges.

 

I adhered the petal first.  Since the circles overlap slightly I adhered every other circle first then went back and adhered the others on top.

 

 

I adhered the inner circle next.

 

Repeat this process until all your pages are covered.  Punch a hole on each page for your binging ring.

For each page I added a 3x3 photo mat and had fun adding all the fun embellishments that you get with the kit!!

The kit had a lot of great embellishments that were perfect for layering!

I loved how easy it was to mix all the pattern papers without it being too overwhelming!

I cut all flowers here from a piece of the pattern paper!

This month I created with the Creative Kit and the Album Kit!!

 

I am going to show you my mini album today...

On the cover I used the very cool transparency clock with the doily.  I love to layer so on top of that I added a chipboard frame and a flower!

I used the polaroids here, I will have a tutorial soon on how I made them flip up :)

On the front side of each page I added a banner that extended our over the page!

Under the Believe card, I created an envelope with my WER Memory envelope maker (my favorite tool!)
